JR Tamachi Station, Minato-ku, Tokyo Meet up with a friend and head to a private Seafood Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). When I searched on Tabelog and headed for `` Seafood and Kamameshi Restaurant Uoyoshi Tamachi Ekimae Branch,'' I found it full. However, I was introduced to the nearby Uoyoshi Hanare. We also have carefully selected Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot) sake made with luxurious fresh Seafood purchased from Toyosu Market. All seats are either fully private or semi-private, so it can be used for both business and private purposes. And above all, “Hanare” opens on October 25th! It just opened. Maybe we were lucky that it was full. Exit the west exit of Tamachi Station, cross Daiichi Keihin, and walk north along the Keio Nakadori shopping street next to Lawson. Even though it's called "Hanare", it's like the place next door to the same "Uoyoshi Tamachi Ekimae branch". The wooden floor and tables give it a Japanese-style, calm and relaxing feel. We only included the all-you-can-drink option (2 hours, 2,000 yen or less, tax included), and ordered the rest a la carte. The store staff responded quickly and made me feel comfortable. First, draft beer. The appetizers include Engawa Yukhoe, Tosa-niku bamboo shoots, and Matsumae pickles, making you look forward to the deliciousness of what's to come. Comparing the tastes of domestically produced bluefin tuna I suddenly came here. Grilled raw tuna lean, medium-fatty, and medium-fatty. As you may know, tuna with the word "raw" in it means tuna that has never been frozen. Raw tuna is delicious, but the quantity is small and it is expensive. Medium fatty tuna As expected from raw tuna, it is not greasy and is juicy. Broiled medium-fatty meat that melts in your mouth. Red meat - It's nice to eat it with rock salt as an accent. It's rock salt from France. You can't help but want to eat the next one. If you like tuna, you'll love this. Sticky, rich, fine-grained fat. The taste is like a work of art. Okizuke firefly squid has a strong flavor. The rich flavor spreads. I quickly ran out of beer and ordered green tea high and citric acid sour. Saikyo-yaki Kuromutsu is fatty yet has an elegant taste typical of white fish. I guess it's even more so since it's Saikyoyaki. If you eat delicious fish, you'll run out of alcohol quickly. It was the right choice to include all-you-can-drink. Add guava sour and lemon sour. Assorted sashimi (3 types) Since it's a Seafood Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), I go with plenty of sashimi. Three types of medai/scallop/bonito. Medai has a light taste. It was delicious with the rock salt I mentioned earlier. Scallops are small but have a chewy texture. Is it how to cut it? Bonito Rich and well-balanced. Steamed white clams with sake The clam stock comes out well. I can feel the strong flavor. I feel like I just want to drink dashi. The clams were large and delicious. Stone-grilled Wagyu beef sirloin - beautifully marbled meat. It is said to be A5 rank meat. The smooth fat enriches the flavor of the meat. (Recently, it seems that foreigners are coming to Japan for Japanese food, attracted by information on the Internet. It seems that it's not just Wagyu beef. Enjoy Japan!) Eel Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot) Hitsumabushi Set Uogi is also famous for Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot). That's one. There are so many options to choose from, such as `` Oyster Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot)'' and ``crab and salmon roe Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot),'' but this time I chose ``eel Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot).'' If you choose the Hitsumabushi set, it comes with dashi soup, condiments, and pickles for an additional 390 yen. It's definitely the eel. Another advantage is that you can change the taste by changing the soup stock and condiments. I was full from the delicious sake and Seafood dishes, and finally the eel Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot). Thank you for the meal.
