刺身が食べたくて入ったが売り切れ、12:15で売り切れ
早過ぎないか？ 焼魚ホッケとサバの味噌煮がお勧めと言う。 ホッケは食べないのでサバの味噌煮を注文。
他にメニューはあるが板前らしい料理が見当たらない。
パッと見良さそうだがじっくり見るといただけない。
まずはそもそもお椀にご飯と言うのが個人的にはない。
猫か賄いか、と思ってしまう。 こういう器に対してやっつけのお店に美味い店はない。
ごぼう天か厚揚げと思った揚げ物は何とフレンチフライ、賄いかよ！ どうやら板前はバイトらしい。
サバの味噌煮はまずまずだがサラダもキャベツの千切りのみ。 コスパ悪し。 これでやっていけるのだから大崎の外食レベルもたかが知れている。 ご飯、椀物、サラダおかわり自由とあるがおかずが足りない。 品切れだったお刺身も鮪と鰹だからこの分だと鮪もキハダかな。
店員さん、店頭のお弁当販売を兼ねているので大忙しでバタバタ店内を走り回る。 それは仕方ないがその度に揺れる。 立派なビルの割には造りはちゃちい。
お弁当メニューも揚げ物ばかりだし。 板前バルと聞くとそそるのだが。
