品川プリンスホテル39階。
1Fエレベーターで直通で来れます。
お店に入ると、そこは別世界。豪華で洗練された内装、次々にウエイターが挨拶にきます。
店内は窓際席、中のカウンター周辺席にブロックが分かれていました。
私たちは、シェフたちが並ぶカウンター前のテーブルソファー席へ通されました。
注文は
スペシャルディナー 25,000円(乾杯用シャンパン付)
生ビール 1500円
黒烏龍茶 900円
まずは乾杯のシャンパン
そしてアミューズの前にイタリアの焼き菓子がきました。
その後、生ビールを頼んで来たら、ビックリ！カフェラテのように、文字とデザインがビールの泡に書いてあります。麦芽で描いた文字だそうです。

スープ状になった中に地鶏が。その上にカプチーノに見立てた泡を絡ませて頂きました
メバルのポワレ カニラグーのラザニエッテ
メバルの皮はパリッと、中はふんわりと焼き上がっていました
和牛ヒレ肉のロースト マルサラソースとモリーユ茸
柔らかな和牛ヒレにたっぷりとソースを絡ませて、堪能させて頂きました。
デリツァ リモーネ オリーブオイルのジェラート
レモンのリキュールで作られた爽やかなデザートとジェラートでした。
フルーツデザート(メッセージ付き)
娘の合格祝いも兼ねて来たので、メッセージ付きデザートを別でお願いしました。スタッフの皆さんも一緒にお祝いしてくれました。
コーヒー
どのお料理も美しく、美味しくなるような手が入っており、抜群の接客と相まって、素晴らしいひと時を過ごさせて頂きました。
