戦後の闇市の名残を残す大井町平和小路と東小路。
駅から東小路には入って直ぐに立ち食いの「いさ美寿司」(げそ30円)があり、奥に2～3分進むと「金井寿司」。此方でサクッとツマミに日本酒、そして名物「焼き寿司」を頂く。「焼き寿司」は中央に本マグロを配した太巻でその表面を香ばしく炙って出す金井寿司の名物。一度目の緊急事態宣言直前の大井町は人もまばらで貸切状態。コロナ禍も終焉し早く昔の賑わいを取り戻してほしいものだ。ご馳走さまでした。
