2024年3/18月曜19:15、同郷の旧友と2人、友人はここの鮫洲寄りに歳前に越してきたばかり、大井町駅で待ち合わせ、どこにしようか！？ふらついたあげく食べログで周辺の人気店を検索、ちゃぶっとりあさんにヒット。友人曰く人気店でいつも繁盛しているらしい、今日はサクッと予約が取れた、ラッキー。
濃いハイボールと生で乾杯、お通し：鶏胸ハム、癖が無く食べやすい、白ワインに合う感じなので直ぐにスパークリングワインを追加注文。
本日のお勧め：ホワイトアスパラベシャメルソースwithチーズ、本場を彷彿させる太いアスパラ、スパークリングが進む♡
友人リクエストの牛ホホ肉のやわらか赤ワイン煮込み2,410円、コクの有るデミグラスにホロホロ柔らかほほ肉、美味しい、真面目な仕込みがうかがえます。
私のリクエスト、トリュフ風味のカルボナーラ（生パスタ）1,980円、文句なく白かスパークリングが欲しくなる♡美味い。
〆て1万５千くらい、友人は「次は家族で来よう」、ご馳走様でした。
