大井町はグルメの宝庫だ。穴場店もいっぱいある。
今日来たのは【ビストロ オレイユ】
シェフは、あのロブションでも働いたことがあるらしい。
金額は1000円〜3500円。
少し高いけど1品1品のボリュームはかなりある。
今日はいろいろ食べてきました。
■食べたもの
▶︎パテ・ド・カンパーニュ クミンキャベツ添え

▶︎牛さがり肉のロースト 粒マスタードソース

▶︎フォアグラのキャラメリゼと枝豆のリゾット

店主ワンオペなので時間は結構かかる。
個人的に牛さがり肉のローストとリゾットが絶品。
牛さがり肉は、柔らかくナイフがなくても切れる。
そして、ソースも美味しい。付け合わせのポテトもホクホク。
リゾットも丁度いい米の硬さでおいしい。
フォアグラ、枝豆との相性も良かった。
他はロブションという肩書きに期待値が上がってしまったのかあまり感動までは行かなかった。
普通においしいんだけどね。
ボリュームもあり、客単価6000円〜8000円で済むとなるとかなりいいお店だと思う。
