大井町イタリアン久々
後輩君と大井町で飲食店を探していると、以前いってたマケロニ跡地にまたもやイタリアンなお店が降臨しておりましたので興味半分で訪問。若干内装などは変更されておりましたが、店内のロケーションは変わっておりませんでしたので、以前の角位置に着席。
トマトのカプレーゼはトリッキーな見た目とひんやり感を堪能しつつ、生ハム盛り合わせ、リガトーニはクリーミーで濃厚、太刀魚から蝦夷鹿と流れていきました。次の日もあるので早々に退散致しましたが、以前からオーナーは同じようなのと、そこのシェフは、よく長友似さんのことは言われるとのことでした。美味しかったのでまた行ってみます。

夕餉の接待が成功裏に終わり、メンバー解散後、お宿の品川シーサイド付近にはお店がない為、その手前の大井町付近を徘徊していると、前回色々疑問が払しょくできたラーモさんへワインとおつまみを頂きに再訪。大都会東京で、関西人がお一人様でも美味しいものが食べられて、気楽に入れる敷居の高さ加減が非常に大事だと思います。雰囲気が高いのも嫌なんですが、低すぎてウェーイというのも困りものです。
閑話休題、頂戴したのはちーもり、鶏塩レバーを低温調理したものとかメニューにございませんでしたが、ペペロン系でシチリアのカラスミたっぷりパスタなど出してくれましたー
ワインはイタリアンなピノとのことですっきり頂戴できました
ハイシーズン青物不調の中、水面を悠々と泳ぐボラに敵愾心しかございませんでしたが、
カラスミという形に仕上げた先人たちの叡智には頭が下がりますー
