Fresh fish purchased from Toyosu Market every morning. Seafood that is properly prepared while still fresh has concentrated flavor and is served in its most delicious state. We offer a wide variety of dishes including sashimi, boiled fish, grilled fish, steamed fish, etc. Enjoy our proud fresh fish as a course or as a single item. Kama-meshi is carefully cooked by highly skilled craftsmen without making any compromises in either the ingredients or the cooking method. The secret to its deliciousness is that it uses 100% haenuki mushrooms from Yamagata Prefecture and plenty of carefully selected seafood. The craftsmen's careful techniques work together to create a deep flavor in the pot. One of the pleasures is that you can enjoy kamameshi with a variety of flavors depending on the season. Please enjoy Kama-meshi, which is made using traditional techniques and unchanged techniques. You can also enjoy it as hitsumabushi.
