DrinkLocal sake/honkaku shochu
We always have over 15 types of Japanese sake, including the famous sake ``Juyondai,'' ``Tensake,'' ``Hiroki,'' and hidden local sake from all over the country. There are about 45 types of authentic shochu, including the popular ``Sato Kuro,'' ``Tominohozan,'' and ``Kenhachi.'' For sake and shochu, we often have brewers come to our store to manage temperature and oxidation, and create menus that take into account compatibility with food.
Food Kamakura vegetables
Kamakura vegetables are grown without pesticides, with low pesticides, and outdoors. We receive seasonal vegetables. You can enjoy changing flavors and types depending on the season, such as sweet vegetables and bitter vegetables.
