The recommended ``Edomae live conger eel'' uses fresh conger eel that is harvested in the morning. The fluffy meat and crispy batter are a perfect match. Another popular dish is the live tiger prawns, where you can enjoy the plump texture and sweetness of the ingredients. We Karaage the fish tank and fry them right in front of our customers. We use freshly squeezed sesame oil for frying, which has a light texture and gives a crispy finish. Please enjoy our carefully selected tempura soup stock, or simply dip it in salt.
