First time in a year in Nakamura

Well, I've been back to Wanaka Village for the first time in a year. It's basically Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) where you can enjoy dishes with delicate flavors that you won't notice, accompanied by cheap and delicious sake. It's Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), but there isn't a single beer poster on the wall. Perhaps influenced by the prevailing circumstances, we were almost completely reserved on this day, which is both a blessing and a sadness. Since one of us was late, we decided to wait for our food and had a light toast with Amber Nama. I only know beer by taste, so what is amber? However, there is no doubt that it is delicious. It's a pouring method that drips bubbles, which I think is good. Tonight's meal is a 6,500 yen course with drinks included, which is great for a drinking party where the focus is on chatting. All my friends who came late got together and toasted with beer again. It's a sticking out item, or rather it's an added item. The explanation of the food was overshadowed by the greetings such as ``Nice to meet you'' and ``Nice to meet you.'' All I could hear was the shellfish. For my first drink, I tried Sougen Junmai, unfiltered unprocessed sake, Hattanishiki R2BY, brewed by Ishikawa brewery Sougen Sake Brewery. This cup is perfect for someone like me who likes to eat from delicious food and drink from delicious alcohol. The tank number is number 23, so the flavor is probably slightly different depending on the tank. Shiitake mushroom soup. It's nice to have a bowl that says, ``Let's warm up before eating on a cold day.'' Shiitake mushrooms mixed with Shinjo and ginkgo nuts skewered are also delicious. ``Sohana'' Junmai Ginjo Sake Super Special Sake brewed by Nihonmori, a brewery in Hyogo. The honorable drink served at the enthronement banquet of Emperor Showa was so delicious that it didn't interfere with the meal. Sashimi, or mukozuke in kaiseki cuisine. Finished with mackerel, mackerel, seaweed-wrapped squid, surf clam, striped horse mackerel, medium fatty tuna, and Oma bluefin tuna. Fish is so delicious that you'll need a glass of sake for just one type of fish, and it's delicious any time you eat it. "Eikou Fuji Yaminari Shusui" Junmai Daiginjo sake unfiltered unprocessed sake R2BY, brewed by Yamagata brewery Fuji Sake Brewery. This is my first time seeing Eiko Fuji with such a label. Milt roe with ponzu sauce, too much milt, I fainted in agony. The wakame, cucumber, and green onion all take a lot of effort, and the flavor is all one. "Sugata" Junmai Ginjo unfiltered raw sake R2BY brewed by Iinuma Meijo, a brewery in Tochigi. From this point onwards, I lose the taste, no, I know it when I drank it, but I don't remember it. Grilled shishamo. I was told that it was the last one for this year, so I waited for the parts I wanted to eat right away to be warmed up. The sweet potato that was casually added did some work, and it was delicious. ``Osakaduki MACHO'' pure rice sake R2BY is brewed by Makino Sake Brewery, a brewery in Gunma. The one on the left is Aizan, and the one on the right is undisclosed.I'd say it's an adventurous, challenging label, and a strong flavor, but it was powerful. Stir-fried Kyoto sweet potato. Food is meant to be enjoyed with the eyes before eating, and even a single piece of yuzu peel conveys a sense of emotion. "Juroku Daikurouemon" Yamahai Junmai 2019BY brewed by Yukawa Shuzoten, a brewery in Nagano. I don't like labels that can't fit everything in just a frontal photo like this. It has nothing to do with the taste of alcohol. Fried raw cherry shrimp. This year's Sakura shrimp were caught for only one day due to poor catches for several years. The precious sakura shrimp was delicious with salt. "Chochin" Junmai Ginjo unfiltered 30BY brewed by Chochin Sake Brewery in Aichi. As I finished the hot sake, I asked, ``Do you have anything else?'' and was served one. 5055 means 50% koji rice and 55% kakemai. The rice is saury fish seasoned rice. Sword fish has quite a few small bones, so it's good to grill it and eat it as a whole, but I don't think it goes well with takikomi rice. That's a complete amateur's opinion. Pairing with the cooked rice is ``Sougen'' Junmai Genshu Hattannishiki R2BY, brewed by Sogen Sake Brewery, a brewery in Ishikawa. There were two types of Sogen on the alcohol list, so I drank them to start and end the meal. Red soup stock, cooked rice, and pickles. The moment you realize how lucky you were to be born to a Japanese person, there's no point in leaving any rice behind, so you can refill it until it's all gone. ``Would you like to drink aged sake?'' I was asked, and was given the ``Henoheno Moheji'' Junmai Ginjo unfiltered unprocessed sake 2013BY, brewed by Akishika Sake Brewery, an Osaka brewery. It's been a while since I've had Henoheno Moheji, and it's warmed and delicious. A limited edition sake that is only allowed to be sold at some of the Akishika dealerships. While paying the bill, pick up some Aomori apples. We ate our fill, drank a little more, talked a lot, and had a lot of fun. Let's drink again. Since it was still early, I decided to ride a Romance Car for the first time in a while. I can't go to the nearest station, but it's a good idea to leave a cushion there.
