I've always wanted to visit, but it's difficult to get a reservation, but when I saw an opportunity to reserve a course with the chef's apprentice, I immediately clicked the button. The size of the restaurant is quite exquisite. The charcoal container has a very impressive presence and is very eye-catching. It was also my first experience to see the vinegared rice being made. And the vinegared rice was really delicious. I was really captivated. The Sushi that followed was of course delicious and fun, and before I knew it, Sushi time was over. For me, the big Kohada was the best of the day. By placing the flesh on top, you can directly feel the umami. It was a wonderful piece. Even the financiers were perfect. Apparently the chef was there that day. It's reassuring to know that the chef has an apprentice like this even when he's not there. I'd definitely like to visit again.
