極上のエンターテイメントを楽しむ♡
ずっと行ってみたかった初音鮨さん！友人のおかげでやっとお伺いできました。いろんな食通からお話は聞いていたけど…想像を超えてくる素晴らしい時間を過ごせました！！
鮨やつまみやお酒が美味しいのはもちろんのこと、大将のお話やパフォーマンスがとても楽しい♡数々の素晴らしい食材説明や歴史などを丁寧にユーモアを交えてお話してくれて、お客さんにしっかりと見せてくれる。大将の可愛らしくて愛嬌ある笑顔と一緒に。魅せられる。
その上で味わいながら噛み締めながら食べる。他のお客さんも含めてカウンター全体で一体感があり、なんだかずーっとわくわくしていて楽しい^ ^
大将が握りたての鮨を手渡ししてくれて、そのままくるっとひっくり返してネタを舌にのせるようにして食べるのもたのしい！
ネタはそのタイミングでのベストしか購入しないそう。利益度外視の素材選び。本当に良いものしかお客様には出さないと、こだわりがすごい。
はちゃめちゃに美味しい鮨やお酒をいただいた後は、部屋を変えて大将がお茶をたててくれる。デザートももちろん美味しい。
なにもかもが、最高のおもてなしで3時間くらいあるコースはエンターテイメントです♡お値段のことを考えると、簡単にはお勧めできないかもしれないけど、人生で一度経験しても絶対に後悔しない、最高のエンターテイメントです^ ^

大将の一番弟子、はやとさんが握るランチコースが9月までということで、お伺いしました。
当日はいつもと変わらず大将もおかみさんもいらっしゃり、素材の説明や、お酒のお勧めなどをしてもらいました^ ^
大将は10月から来年1月あたままでまたイタリアに渡るそうで、その間はお弟子さんのはやとさんが夜のコースも仕切られるそう。今回はその前段階としてランチコース！いつもの極上の素材は変わらず、お値段お安めで楽しめるのはとても嬉しい^ ^
はやとさんの握りもとても美味しく、大将のユーモア溢れるお話も聞きながら、たくさんの握りを楽しく美味しくいただきました！今回もカウンター全体で盛り上がりとても良い雰囲気。
大将がいらっしゃらない空間はまだ予想できていないですが、はやとさんの夜のコースも楽しみです^ ^
