It's located far from the city center and the prices are a little high, so it's surprisingly easy to make a reservation. Last time, the chef was absent and the second-in-command made the sushi, but this time I was really looking forward to the chef making the sushi. The tempo was good and every sushi was delicious, so it was a great restaurant. There was a wide selection of sake, so you could pair it with the Sushi in a variety of ways, which was great. After eating all the sushi, we moved to another room to have tea and sweets, which also felt special and was a really good time.
