On this day, I worked remotely at a shared office near JR Kamata. For lunch, I visited this restaurant located on Chuo-dori, Kamata East Exit, a few minutes walk from JR Kamata Station. It is said to be a Local Cuisine, but at lunchtime it is mostly a set meal restaurant frequented by nearby office workers. Amami Oshima's specialty chicken rice is also not on the menu. I arrived before noon, and the restaurant, which seats about 40 people, was about 40% occupied. I took a seat at the counter near the entrance, which was recommended by the staff. I don't know what the relationship is, but there are pictures, autographs, and cheering goods of players from the Haneda Vickies women's basketball team posted all over the store. There are three types of lunch menu items: ``Echigoya Set Meal'' of sashimi and fried chicken (800 yen), ``Minced Cutlet Salmon Harasuyaki'' (800 yen), and ``Shio-yaki Mackerel'' (750 yen). I ordered the ``Minced cutlet and Salmon Harasuyaki'', a combination that is rarely seen in the world. I ordered a small portion of rice, so it was 790 yen, a 10 yen discount. After a few minutes of waiting, the minced meat cutlet and salmon ribs were both smaller than expected. In particular, the salmon belly is cut into three pieces. After that, it was a set of rice, miso soup, mini tofu, and pickles. The minced meat cutlet is usually delicious, but it's a shame that it's a little oily. I would like the salmon ribs to have a little more flavor from being grilled over an open flame. Otherwise, it will feel too greasy. The rice is glossy but slightly soft. Overall, the lunch was less than averagely satisfying. It might have been better to have it as sashimi.
