ずっと気になっていたこちらのお店へ。
蒲田駅東口繁華街の中にあります。
予約をしていたのですんなり入店できました。
店内はすこし狭めではありますが窮屈なほどではありません。
ハッピーアワーを18時までやってるようで
まずは泡（400円）で乾杯です♪
①厳選生牡蠣食べ比べセット（2個 1350円）
・室津(兵庫)
甘味がつよくクリーミー。わたしはこのタイプが好きです。身がぷりっぷり。
・仙鳳趾(北海道)
汐の香りと旨味をたっぷり含み、ふっくらとした身と味わいが特徴で味は磯系です。
②炙りメリメロカルパッチョトリュフ風味（1700円）
ブリ、すずき、サーモンのラインナップ。 炙ることによって香ばしさと脂の旨みが引き出されてひと味ちがうカルパッチョでおいしいです。
③sasayaのユッケ（660円）
④スペシャリテ！まぐろの生ハム（760円）
もっちり食感で生ハムではなく肉！笑
凝縮された旨みがお酒すすむ
⑤蒸し牡蠣（4個1520円）
ボルケーノスタイルでファイヤーした状態で蒸してくれます。これもまた身がぷりぷりでお酒にあいます。
お料理はどれも手が混んでいておいしいものばかりでした。
それにリーズナブルだし次回はパスタやご飯系をたべたいです。
