[Sea urchin], which retains its shape in salt water without being soaked in alum, is a masterpiece that allows you to enjoy its original rich flavor. We also have one of the best branded crabs in the country (hairy crabs) caught in Omu Town. Also, be sure to try [Kinki], a high-quality fish that is rare and valuable! Please enjoy the fatty white meat. Please enjoy Hokkaido's seasonal blessings at our store, which cherishes the four seasons.

We are also proud of Meat Dishes made with carefully selected ingredients! Among these, we recommend the ``Ton Steak'', which uses the popular brand [Iwanaka Pork] that has won top prizes at numerous competitions. You can enjoy the juicy, mellow flavor and deep richness. We also offer a variety of local menu items unique to Hokkaido, such as ``Deer Steak'' and `` Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate),'' selected by the manager. The interior of the store has a calm atmosphere, with a wood-grained interior and warm-colored lights that create a warm feeling. There are counter seats that are perfect for a solo drink, semi-private table seats with a design reminiscent of a snowy country's kamakura, and a hideaway-like tatami room in the loft. The tatami room can accommodate up to 10 people, so it's perfect for a party after work. We look forward to using it for a variety of occasions!
