仕事が終わり、たまには一緒にメシでも行くかと近くに住む兄を誘ってこちらへ。
魚をメインとした居酒屋で、特に北陸の食材が素晴らしいと評判を聞いていた。
混み合う事を避けるため17時半に訪問。
ドリンクを注文し、以下の料理を頂いた。
・豚の角煮
電車が遅延により兄が遅れると連絡が。
待ってる間のつまみとして注文。
豚の角煮は柔らか過ぎない、肉としての食感が残るベストな固さ。
豚肉の美味しさを前面出した味付け。
・特上お造り
のどぐろ、平目、鯛、帆立、鮪など豪華ラインナップ。
平目、鯛は噛む度に感じる魚そのものの旨みに痺れる。
中でも特にのどぐろは美味。
厚い一切れから感じる濃厚かつ溢れる甘さが素晴らしかった。
・のどぐろ塩焼き
絶品だと噂を聞いていたのでどのサイズがお勧めかと可愛らしい女性スタッフに問うと、今日は大きいサイズが入っているとの事。
注文してから20〜30分で提供されたのどぐろの塩焼きは確かに大きく、思わず「おお〜」と声が出てしまった笑
箸を入れた時点でわかっていたが、ふんわりとしたのどぐろの身は説明不要の圧倒的美味しさ。
醤油もポン酢も何も要らない。
そのままにて食べるのが最適解。
高価でも必ず食べるべき逸品。
・とうもろこしのかき揚げ
注文して大正解。
大きいとうもろこしのかき揚げをバター醤油のタレで食べさせてくれる。
1人1個食べたかったくらいだ。
・生牡蠣
刺身の美味しさから生牡蠣などの海鮮系は間違いないと思い、追加で。
質が良いからこそ牡蠣と磯の香りが楽しい。
仕入れのこだわりが感じられる。
・だし巻き玉子
出汁の優しい甘みを活かした、ハイレベルな玉子焼き。
ある百名店の蕎麦屋で食べただし巻き玉子よりも個人的には好みだった。
居酒屋では滅多に出会えない、素晴らしいだし巻き玉子だと思う。
・天ぷら盛り合わせ
海老、鶏肉、かぼちゃ、オクラ、茄子、蓮根など。
さっくりとした衣が食材にマッチしている。
野菜も良かったし、中でも甘みがわかりやすく感じられた海老天が気に入った。
どの料理もレベルがかなり高く、オープンしたばかりとは思えない。
良さは既に広まっているようで店内の席はほとんど埋まっていたように思う。
魚の美味い店が蒲田にまた一つ。
羨ましい限りだ。
