蒲田駅東口すぐのところにある居酒屋。
のどぐろを中心として、海鮮系メニューが美味しいことで人気です。
メインで使用しているのどぐろは新潟県糸魚川産。
また、オシャレで落ち着いた雰囲気でデートにも活用できそうです。
個室があるのもうれしいポイントです。

●お通し
ごま豆腐
とろーりとして美味しい！
●特上のどぐろ入りお造り盛り合わせ(1900円)
のどぐろ、ほたて、マグロ、ひらめ、カンパチなどが盛られた豪華な一皿。
どれも美味しかったですが、特に美味しかったのはマグロとのどぐろでした！
マグロはプリッとしてクリーミーな味わい！
のどぐろは脂ののりが程よい感じ！！
●のどぐろ塩焼き
小サイズが2800円 中サイズが4800円
ホクホクした身で程よく脂がのっててジューシー！！
レモンをつけると爽やかなに味わいに変化
のどぐろの脂身と塩とレモンの酸味の相性がよすぎてバランスよい味わいでした！
●豚肩ロース味噌漬け(880円)
肉が柔らかく弾力あり！！
味噌のコクがあって優しい味わいで肉の美味しさが引き立ってます。
●もずくの天ぷら(800円)
衣のサクサク感ともずくのネバネバ感の相性が絶妙。クリスピーな舌触り。
ポン酢や塩で味付けするとおいしさ倍増！
●鮮魚のなめろう(680円)
味噌で味付けされています。
さっぱりしていて安定の美味しさ！
海鮮系メニューが美味しいのはもちろん、肉料理にも力が入っているようで美味しかったです。
このようなご時世ですが、予約が埋まっており大盛況の様子でした。
席がほとんど埋まっていて、入れない人もいたので事前に予約していくことをオススメします。
