美味しい のどぐろが食べられるお店
店内は和で、落ち着く印象です。
今回は個室の席を予約致しました。
お通しとハイボール（イチローズモルト）で乾杯
日本酒はもちろん、焼酎やワインも充実しております。
●だだちゃ豆
豆の味か強い。
これはハイボールによく合います。
●特上のどぐろ入りお造り盛り合わせ
お刺身は盛り合わせですが、ノドグロがラインナップされているものを注文
やはり、ノドグロの刺身は新鮮で良い脂が乗っています。美味い日本酒は三重のじ今を選びました。
良い香りです。
ノドグロだけではなく、マグロ タイなども最高に美味い
●イイダコの唐揚げ
蛸まるごと一つ パクッといただきます。
歯ごたえが◎
●桜エビのかきあげ
海老の風味が素晴らしい
サクサクで衣も良いですね。
桜エビ好きな方は是非注文したほうが良いと思います。
●鮮魚の串揚げ
本日はスズキ
白身がホックホクという表現で正しいのでしょうか。
ネギ間ぽくなっております。
こちらもお店オススメの一品ですのです。
●ノドグロの塩焼き
これを待っていました。ノドグロのうまさを最大限に引き出している塩焼き
焼き加減もちょうど良くふわふわの身と風味豊かな脂
これはホントに美味しい。
こちらのお店にお伺いした際には、焼きのノドグロは必須です。
日本酒も多数ラインナップされ、素晴らしいお店です。
