店名から美味しそうでノドグロ好きさんが通う居酒屋です
店内入ると吹き抜けになってて開放感あるお店
1階はカウンターにテーブル席
2階は個室とテーブル席がありました
薄暗い照明で雰囲気もよいです
2階に上がる時左手に日本酒が一面に並んでてお酒にこだわりを感じました
コース料理もありますが色々食べたかったので今回はアラカルトで注文しました
✔︎ノドグロ合盛り
塩焼きと煮付けの合い盛りとなってます
脂がのったノドグロはふんわりしてて身はホロホロで美味しいです
大根おろしやレモンでサッパリといただけます
こんなに美味しい煮付けを食べたのが初めてで美味しいしか言葉が出てきません
甘辛いタレに煮付けてあるノドグロでこちらもふんわりした身でした
正直ご飯食べたくなりました
食べ比べ出来るのは嬉しい合盛り

本日の5点盛りはキンメ、真鯛、ヒラメ、カンパチ、スズキ
淡白な白身魚メインで中々食べれないキンメやスズキなども食べれました
1匹づつコリっとした歯応えが違うのも楽しめます
身も分厚くカットされてました
お刺身は新鮮で糸魚川漁港から仕入れてるみたいです

寿司屋の出汁巻と言うことで冷んやりしてますプルンとして出汁が効いた出汁巻でした

箸休めにちょうどよいです
ボリュームはかなりありました

濃い味付けでお酒にピッタリ
プリップリのモツでした
✔︎明太子の天麩羅
カリッと焼き上がった衣はお口にいれるとふわっふわの衣でサックっと食感も楽しめます
明太子は1本分入ってて食べ応え十分
塩っぱさが絶妙な明太子
大葉がアクセントにもなりました
✔︎ノドグロのお刺身
ノドグロの塩焼き煮付けも食べれて最後にノドグロのお刺身も気になりそうそう食べれませんからオーダーしました
皮は軽く炙られててお口に入れるととろける食感でした
食べて正解でした
店長さんが日本酒の説明を丁寧に説明してくれますしお料理に合うお酒も教えていただけます
カクテル系個性溢れるラインナップが揃ってました
何よりお酒の種類は豊富です
蒲田でオススメの居酒屋さんでした
