蒲田にある【のどぐろ酒場 浜吉丸】さんへいってきました。
最高級のどぐろを楽しめるこのお店。付き合ってくれたのはみほちゃん @05_min_14 という美人で元気いっぱいな女子大学院生の女の子です。
今回はアラカルトで。
クリームチーズのいぶりがっこ（これ2回頼んだw）
ちゃんといぶりかっごを切ってクリームチーズを塗るという手の暇がかかったのの字の美しさ。ボリボリ系が楽しかったです。
アボカド蕎麦つゆ漬け
これはサイドにある奈良漬を刻み、ブラックベッパーをマヨネーズで会えたサイドがついており、これがアボカドの淡白さにアイディアを入れてくれる。ちなみにこのソースだけを頼む人がいるとか。
で、お刺身3店盛り。ヒラメ、カンパチ、マグロが入っていて、これマジうまい！全部新鮮で美味しかった。
ひらめのお刺身も縁側がついていて、ゴージャス。なかなか食べれない感動を受けました。
そして、メインののどぐろ刺し。淡白なんだけど。骨を一つ一つ取っており、食べやすさがすごい！
で、お皿まで冷やしている冷やしトマトも食べて大満足。
そこに。今度は日本酒ですよ。
新政の貴重なお酒もあったり、カラーズというシリーズもあり、どれにするか迷う！
結局プレミアム？のスパークリングと通常をみほちゃんとシェアしてぐびぐび。
その後カラーズシリーズを3個飲み比べして感動して大満足。
最高に美味しいご飯も味も楽しめました！
また行きたいな！！
