蒲田で働いている友人と会食。
以前は違うお店だった？というこちら「のどぐろ酒場 浜吉丸」
2019年8月1日オープンとの事なので、5年目に突入ですね。
ダウンライトで高級感のある店内。
2階の個室はテーブル広い！
最近は肉系が多かったので、久しぶりの魚！
メインののどぐろを堪能しよう。
最初はココでしか提供していないと思う不思議なサワー。
「トマト香草水サワー（770円）」
不思議な組み合わせですが、ちゃんとアルコール入ってます。
こちらは最初「ノンアルビール（605円）」、後で日本酒頼もう。
メインの前のアテは「アボカドの蕎麦つゆ漬け（550円）」「自家製ざる豆腐（550円）」
550円の均一メニューがあるのはイイですね。
アボカドの食感が面白くクセになる味でした。
さてメインの”のどぐろ”。
焼き、煮付けとありますが、今回は両方楽しめる「合盛（4,380円）」
こちらは日本酒を合わせよう、という事で店員さんに聞いてみよう。
おススメは山形県の「雅山流（1合・1,500円）」
スッキリしていて飲みやすい！
コレはのどぐろにピッタリです。
後半は「出汁巻き玉子（550円）」「カニクリームコロッケ（1個・390円）」「サンマ竜田揚げ（800円）」
ドリンクはまた代わり種に戻り「木苺紅茶サワー（770円）」「山椒神サワー（770円）」
山椒+ジンの「山椒神サワー」は、かなり刺激的！
山椒が得意な人でも、一気には呑めないかも？
頼むときは、その驚くべき”山椒テイスト”を覚悟しましょう（笑）
ご飯類を頼まなくても、何だか満足気分。
魚を食べた幸福感？って事でデザート。
「豆腐のアイス（440円）」「クレームダンジュ（770円）」
お酒なのに、昔ながらの喫茶店？みたいな「大人のメロンソーダ（770円）」
本格的な居酒屋なのに、メニューの多くは遊び心満載！
日本酒はたくさんあるので、詳しくない人は店員さんに相談してみよう。
必ず好みのお酒に巡り合えるハズ。
