高級魚と日本酒の夜～のどぐろ酒場 浜吉丸～＠蒲田蒲田という街は、呑兵衛の心をがっちり掴んで離しませんね。
久しぶりに降り立った蒲田。 駅を一歩出ると、もうワクワク。
今回は高級魚のどぐろを堪能しに。
のどぐろ酒場 浜吉丸
看板は、大衆酒場のような感じだけれど、引き戸を開けると・・・
別世界！！ 壁にずらりと並んだ日本酒の瓶。
うっとりとしばらく眺めてしまいました。
案内してもらったのは、二階の個室 すごく広々とした個室で落ち着きます。
ヱビス生ビールで乾杯！！
お通しは切り干し大根の酢の物でした。
ビールに合わせるのは、ゴロゴロとハムが入ったポテトサラダ。
そして日本酒。
日本酒は種類がすごく多くて、どれにしようか迷ってしまう。
店長さんが、すごくよく日本酒を勉強されていて、お勧めもしてくれるし、色々蘊蓄を語ってくれる。
めっちゃ詳しい！！
のどぐろのお刺身
なんとも贅沢な厚切り。
上品な脂がとろけますね～ のどぐろってホント美味しいお魚です。
のどぐろといえば、錦織圭選手が「日本に帰ったら食べたいものは？」と聞かれ、「のどぐろ」
と答えてちょっとブームになったことありましたよね～。
鰤平のカマ焼き
カマ焼きをほじほじしながら吞む日本酒 最高です。
楽しみにしていた、のどぐろの煮付け
身がふっくらとしていて、これはもう！！ 煮汁は濃すぎず、のどぐろの旨味をしっかり
引き出すお味です。
のどぐろ。 大して大きい魚じゃないのに、この存在感ね！！
美味しかった。
自家製のイカの塩辛も美味。
スタッフさんもニコニコとしていて、接客が素晴らしい。
居心地が良過ぎましたね～。
接待にもデートにも、家族でのお食事にも使い勝手が良いお店。
蒲田へ行くといつも餃子か大衆酒場だったけど、
たまには蒲田でこんなお店もいいですね！！
