先日は蒲田近郊での仕事帰りにこちらのお店へお立ち寄りいたしました。
店名からも分かる様にのどくろの料理が堪能できるのが嬉しい！とっても楽しみです。
入り口を入ると小さな庭があり、店内に入ると照明が抑えられた落ち着いた吹き抜けの空間になっています。壁一面に飾られた酒瓶もお洒落です。
・まずは木苺紅茶サワーで乾杯！
・お通し あちゃら漬け
切り干し大根の食感がコリコリとしていて美味しい。甘酢が食欲を増進させます。
・ハムたっぷりポテトサラダ
サイコロカットのハムがたっぷり。キュウリ、玉ねぎ、人参入りで具沢山なポテトサラダです。
・寿司屋の出汁巻玉子
ひんやりした出汁巻き玉子が逆に新鮮。気持ち粗目の大根おろしが少し食感あって美味しいです。
・いぶりがっこクリームチーズ
いぶりがっこのスモーク感＆塩気とクリームチーズ の酸味がたまらない組み合わせ！自宅でも作るくらい好きな王道コンビなのでメニューにあれば必ずオーダーします。
・のどくろのお造り
伺った時は新潟県糸魚川産の喉黒でした。
しっかり脂が乗ってますがさっぱりした脂で後味スッキリ。甘味もあってなんと美味しいのでしょう。おかわりしたいくらいでした。
・カニクリームコロッケ
サイズは大きめです。兎に角衣がサクサク！中もトロッとしていて熱々。
付け合わせの水菜も箸休めにぴったりです。
・シマアジの刺身
この日は愛媛産のシマアジでした。
全く臭みは無くさっぱり。食感もしっかりあって美味しくいただきました。
・里芋の唐揚げ
里芋の皮をむいてそのまま揚げているのではなく里芋にほんのり味つけして丸めた物を唐揚げにしています。箸で切れる柔らかさでホクホク♪塩を付けると甘味が増しますがそのままでも十分美味しいです。
・ARAMASA No.6
店長さんオススメの日本酒をいただきました。
No.6というと一種類しか置いていない店舗も沢山ある様ですが、こちらの店舗はしっかり3種類揃えているそうです。
どことなく少しまろやかな酸味もありつつフルーティー！コレはどんどん飲めてしまうやつです。
・純喫茶のナポリタン
料理人の方が以前洋食の店舗にいらっしゃったそうなのでナポリタンも本格的！
玉ねぎ、ピーマン、ウインナー入りのケチャップたっぷりな王道ナポリタンで締め括りました。
・豆富のアイス
最後のデザート。。なんでしょう？！さっぱりしていて甘さ控えめのバニラアイスでしょうか。正直普通のバニラアイスよりこっちの方が好きかもしれないです。
魚は市場から新鮮な物を仕入れており、揚げ物も冷凍ではなくしっかり作り込んだ物を出していてて手間暇かけているのが分かりました。接客もとても丁寧で料理の説明も細やかで印象がとても良かっです。
