通常バイトにお歳暮バイトを掛け持ち、疲れ切っている12月。
えぇい、稼いでいるんだ、夕食はどればー高知でお魚頂きに行きました♪
JR蒲田駅東口から京急に向かって伸びる商店街を進み
左手に1筋廻り込んだ角地の１階にある土佐料理のお店。
高知から藁焼きした鰹をはじめ新鮮な食材を高知から直送しています。
店に入ってみると、テーブル席、足が楽な掘りごたつ式席、カウンター席とあります。
私は絶対掘りごたつ式のテーブルがイイ！！
掘りごたつ式テーブルは個室で2部屋あるんですが、一つはもう予約済でした。
掘りごたつ式は予約したほうがいいですね。
まず最初に「メニューには載ってないんですが...、とっても美味しいトマトがある」
というのでその言葉を信じて注文したら、甘みがギューッと詰まったミニトマト❤
箱ごと買い取りたいくらい美味しいの、高知は野菜も負けてませんね。
お酒は高知の地酒・焼酎が揃っています。
最初はスパークリングタイプの美丈夫 泡300mlボトルでスタートしました。
薄濁りの弱発泡酒ですが、一杯目は透明な上澄みを楽しみ、
２杯目から白い濁り酒としていただくのが通らしいです。
松竹梅の澪なんかに比べるとキリッと辛口★
鰹の藁焼きと共に高知の漁港から仕入れた鮮魚がいただける
刺し身の５種盛合せを注文。
当日の仕入れによって魚種は変わるようですが、
その日はヒラスズキ・サワラ・カンパチ・甲イカが美しく盛られて来ました。
鰹は土佐の天然塩でいただくのが本場流なんだとか。
脂の乗った鰹が藁焼きの芳ばしい香りに包まれて最高！！
鰹以外の魚たちもそれぞれの旨味を楽しめました。
なんでも高知ではウツボは良く食べられているそうで、
こちらの名物料理としてラインナップされています。
唐揚げを注文してみましたが、見かけとは裏腹にホクホクして美味しい♪
確かにこれは有りですね。
イチオシの薄造りはふぐ刺しに勝るとも劣らないそうなんですが、
要予約なので残念ながら次回のお楽しみに。
魚以外にも鶏肉が揃っているのですが、あしずりキングという鶏肉の生ハムも。
鶏肉の生ハムって初めて食べました。
鰹が名残惜しかったので鰹のキムチ風と生鰹の太巻き寿司を追加。
鰹のキムチ風、真っ赤です。
真っ赤に比例して、味も結構辛い、まじこれさえあればご飯が何杯でも食べられそう。
辛いもの好きな方にはオススメです！！
最後は炊き込みごはんにしようと思っていたのですが、
鰹の太巻き寿司が作れますよって言われたので、そちらに変更。
実はいつもあるとは限らないようです。
ただ一回食べた人はその旨味に魅せられて、必ず注文するようになる常連さんが多いとか。
太巻きまで食べるともう満腹。
土佐料理を満喫出来て大満足の一夜でした！！
明日からまた頑張って働きます♪
