分厚いカツオ刺し登場❗️
真ん中の切れ目に醤油漬けニンニクを挟み、塩、もしくはわさびどちらかお好みで食べてくださいと
私は塩で頂きました。新鮮でめちゃくちゃ美味かった！塩で甘みが更に引き立つ❗️

高知って「ウツボ」食べるんですって。知らなかった
事前予約をしておけば「ウツボの薄造り」が食べられる！ウツボ大好きな人は是非
予約無しでも「ウツボの唐揚げor天ぷら」があるので、私は唐揚げチョイス！
ふわふわの身で、アナゴかフグか？
脂がのった美味しい白身でした！
四万十鶏の自家製ハム、四万十ポークのつくね。どちらも美味しいの〜！四万十の風を感じたわ
あ、プチトマトま高知産のフルーツトマト甘くて青臭さゼロ50個は食べられるわ
次に頼んだお酒は
「ダバダ火振」栗焼酎をソーダ割で。
「ダバダ火振」名前が個性的で知ってはいました。栗焼酎だとは知らなかった
味も芋と麦の間くらい？栗の香りがほのかにきて爽やかな甘さがありました。美味い
さぁ、焼酎楽しくなってきたよー！
次は「八色」やいろを注文！飲み方はソーダ割りがおすすめ
希少なサツマイモ翠王で造られ
蔵元が信頼する方にしか販売しないとか
幻の焼酎なんて先入観から入ると更に美味く感じる私
うん美味しい、芋ーって感じはあまりなく、苦手な方でもスイスイ入りそう。
私は苦手な酒は白酒のみ飛んだ過去あり。
店長さんから伺いましたが
高知は食材の宝庫なんですって
鶏、牛、豚、魚、野菜、果物、酒なんでも揃っていて、しかも安くて美味しい
なんと言っても日本最後の清流、四万十川の水。
近年、高知に移住する方が増えているのも頷けます。
そんな高知を堪能できるお店でした。
