The best ingredients are shipped directly from the Sapporo Central Wholesale Market. The "Sashimi of Choice" is a must-try, where you can choose your favorite sashimi from the blackboard in the restaurant! Depending on the stock, you may be able to enjoy herring, hokke (hockey), or other fish unique to Hokkaido! Another of our specialties is seasonal vegetables grown in Hokkaido and delivered by contracted farmers. We also recommend the "Jaga Butter" and "Crab and Salad with Salmon Roe Ramen", which are snacks using fresh vegetables.
