At ``Sui Ira I'', we are working hard to ensure that you can enjoy delicious food. We are proud of our carefully selected tuna from Yamayuki, one of the top tuna wholesalers in the industry. We also purchase seasonal fresh fish from Toyosu Market, so you can enjoy a wide variety of fish dishes. We offer menus using seasonal ingredients such as rock oysters and Hokuriku sea urchin in the summer, and milt, raw salmon roe, and red bean liver in the winter. The most recommended item is the extremely fresh sashimi. Please try once!

We purchase alcoholic beverages from all over the country in consideration of their compatibility with fresh fish. We always have six types of sake ranging from refreshing dry to easy-drinking sweet, and last year we handled 1,500 types of sake. The brand changes about three times a week, so you can enjoy it without getting bored. It's reasonably priced starting at 450 yen per cup, and they also have sake that isn't on the menu, so if you're interested, please ask the staff!
