A long-established sushi kappo founded in Showa 31. Not only sushi, but also Japanese-style meal restaurant, the second-generation owner, who has been trained, will treat you with a heartfelt dish. We carefully select seasonal natural products and seafood from nearby seas, and we are particular about the ingredients. From the aged Sushi in Edo-mae to Tempura and fugu dishes, the way to prepare the broth, the top-notch soup, and the sake side are all dishes that are inventive. We do not dare to prepare fixed dishes, but we offer gems, courses, and set menus that allow you to feel the changes of the four seasons.

There are no signboards or window frames, creating a hideaway-like and elegant appearance where you can't see what's going on inside. Please pass through the pure white noren and proceed into the store. You are greeted by a traditional invitation sign and 8 seats at the plain wood L-shaped counter surrounding the boardroom where the skilled owner is. A cheerful and bright space that will make you forget the hustle and bustle of the city. Although it is a long-established store, it just relocated and opened last year, so it has a clean and comfortable feel. There are also restrooms and amenities for women only.

There is also a wide variety of sake that complements the main dish. We always have 5 or 6 types of sake in stock, including regular sake, honjozo sake, junmai ginjo sake, and junmai daiginjo sake. Among them, there are many seasonal brands, and we have alcoholic beverages that match the season. In the upcoming season, we will be offering “fin sake” made from tiger puffer fish. In addition to alcoholic beverages such as sweet potato/barley shochu and genuine shochu, we also have soft drinks that will please those with children and those who don't like alcohol.
