Regardless of the brand, we only purchase A5 rank Kuroge Wagyu beef of the highest quality on that day. Yogan-yaki (roasted on a hot stone) is a mouth-watering dish that uses far infrared rays to lock in the delicious flavor. We also offer rare Chateaubriand.

A full lineup of spring, summer, fall, and winter sake! A rare example is the ``Umifudo'' produced by Fukucho, which has a refreshing acidity reminiscent of citrus fruits such as lemon. Enjoy it like white wine, and it goes great with seafood. Tsukasago Sake Brewery's ``Funaka Hassaku'' is super dry and has a crisp taste that goes well with anything. As for the standard, we have several types such as "Dassai" 50% to 23%. ``Kokuryu Icchourai'' has a rich flavor.
