12:45に入店。長めの白木のカウンターは椅子を間引いてある上にひとつおきに座るようになっている。しかしカウンターにはノーゲスト。奥に2名ほどいたようだ。初見の店なのでメニューの最初にあるふぐ雑炊1,000円を注文。＋200円のサーモンの西京焼きを足した。
提供時間は12分。雑炊の他に切干大根ときんぴらを合わせたものとキャベツの漬物、それに味噌汁がつく。別注の西京焼きも一緒に出してくれた。西京焼きは甘めでまあまあ。味噌汁はワカメだけの節約した一品。味噌味も薄い。肝心のふぐ雑炊は独特な味付け。悪くない。米が中華雑炊みたいにどろどろになっている。これも好みの問題で、それほど嫌いではない。
しかしあまり感動がなかったのも事実。店がくたびれているというのが全体的な印象。食べる方も大して元気になれない感じ。ふぐ雑炊は高級なイメージだが、実際はなんてことのないランチだった。
