会社の友達とランチ。カウンター席に座り、ポークステーキ トマトバジルソースをオーダー。
ワンプレートで提供されるスタイル。目の前で調理している姿が見られる。ジュージューという心地よい音を聞きながら、友達と多愛ないことをしゃべりながら待つこと15分くらい。
まずスープ。かぼちゃのスープ。これは普通のポタージュ。
そしてメインプレート。たっぷりサラダ、付け合わせはキャロットラペとポテトサラダ。メインのポークはどどんと。ボリュームあります。ご飯はピラフ。地味に嬉しい。
サラダはシャキシャキ、すりおろし系ドレッシングが、さっぱりフレッシュで美味しかった。
ポークステーキは肉汁がちゃんと封じ込められていてじゅわりとあふれる。ピラフといただくと、両者の旨味が重なって相乗効果。白米より合う。煮詰められてコクのあるトマトソースが合う。フレッシュトマトソースでも合うと思う。
ワンプレート食べ終えるとお腹いっぱい。ビストロランチ、ごちそう様でした。
