目黒駅西口を北向きに歩き5分位。
ウッディなL字型のカウンターとテーブルが4〜5卓。
フレンチ上がりのシェフと奥様2人で切り盛りされています。
ある日。。。
ハンターが趣味の仲良しの友人から、「ジゲンさん、タシギが獲れたので、目黒の行きつけで熟成させます。二週間くらいしたら来てくださ〜い」と連絡が入りました。
彼は以前、ヒグマも仕留めたこともあり、その毛皮はなかなか迫力がありますわ。(≧∀≦)
当時は、彼の友人夫妻と4人で当店に。
しっかり下ごしらえがされた天然のシギ、天然の真鴨、天然のカルガモが用意されてました。
なんか凄いですね。
