Michelin Guide Tokyo 2023 Bib Gourmand winner. It's that time of year again. Diners French cuisine Restaurants Week. I booked 2 restaurant with a friend this year. The first restaurant is this Bistro canish. It was a Friday, but it was popular because there was a full reservation tag at the entrance. All the dishes were delicious, not to mention the bouillabaisse on the signature menu, but the terrine was my personal favorite. And the homemade vanilla ice cream was also very sweet and crispy, and it was quite my favorite ice cream.
