上司に取引先との打ち合わせ兼会食の場所を選んで欲しいと言われ、
恵比寿、目黒あたりで探していると、みたことある店舗が、、
そう、『檸檬食堂』。
以前、ふらっと立ち寄ってめちゃめちゃ美味しかったお店だ。
清潔感あるし、ご飯も美味しいからぴったりだと思い、選ばせていただきました。

◆厚切り！牛タン檸檬ステーキ 1,848円
鉄板の上にめちゃめちゃ分厚い牛タンが転がっていて、
スタッフさんが、フランベし炎をあげてパフォーマンスをする。
まずはそのままいただく。
味が凝縮されてて、噛めば噛むほど味が出るシリーズ。
次は付属の檸檬タレ？
これ、全国の焼肉屋さんに置いて欲しいくらいつけて食べると美味しかった。
◆瀬戸内鮮魚のカルパッチョ 自家製レモンソース 528円
これね、僕がカルパッチョ界隈で一番美味しいと思う商品です。
レモンソースが本当に美味しい。作った人天才です。
◆初めて出会ったラムチョップ 825円
タイトル通り初めて出会いました。柔らかすぎる。
臭みも一切ないし、素晴らしすぎる。
◆瀬戸内レモネード 418円
酸っぱいのが苦手な人でも飲める。
絶妙に渋く、甘ったるくないのも完璧。
まあ案の定、打ち合わせなので、そんなにガツガツ食べはしなかったが、
ここのご飯は本当に美味しい。
また行きたい！
