Young grillers who have studied at each restaurant will compete to show off their skills while maintaining the "high heat of nearby flames" and the highest quality ingredients that have been handed down directly from "Torishiki". While keeping the basics intact, Ikegawa's techniques are showcased with the sensibilities of each griller.Each griller creates dishes through trial and error in order to bring out the original flavor of the ingredients and deliver the best performance in the customer's mouth.
