--Popular with female customers-- This restaurant is located on Platinum Street. It has a stylish white interior, and is mostly occupied by female customers at lunchtime, with almost no male customers to be seen. At lunchtime, you can enjoy a set menu of five types of dim Dim sum with Noodles or rice. There are three types of menus available, 1,000 yen, 1,300 yen, and 2,000 yen, depending on the main dish. --Dim Dim sum set-- This set allows you to choose your main dish from dandan noodles, cold Ramen, and fried rice. It was a relatively cool day, but the air conditioner was working well inside the restaurant, so I chose this without hesitation. -Dandan noodles Contrary to my expectations, the first thing that was brought to me was dandan noodles. The rounded, mellow soup was well-balanced, and the fragrant aroma of cashew nuts and dried shrimp added a nice accent. -The Xiaolongbao Dim sum was brought to me in a three-tiered steamer just as I had finished my main dish. The top tier is the xiaolongbao. The skin is chewy but a little thick. Also, there is less filling and juice compared to the skin, so it lacks balance. - Spinach Gyoza / Dumpling and steamed shark fin Gyoza / Dumpling In contrast, these have a good balance of filling and skin. Both have a refined taste. After this, the third tier is meat shumai and shrimp shumai. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a photo. - Almond tofu: A rich, solid taste without any agar-like or watery taste. It is a well-balanced lunch set overall, and you can see why it is so popular.
