I visited the restaurant at noon with my companion and three others. We had booked the Dim Sum Dim sum Course @3,850 yen. One of the benefits of this course is that you can choose your Chinese tea, so I ordered Osmanthus black tea. The appeal of this restaurant is that the tables are spaced far apart, the service is attentive, and you can wait for the next dish with plenty of time. I think there is no one who doesn't agree with the cuisine that proposes the origin of gourmet food under the theme of "eating and becoming beautiful". The course included today's amuse-bouche, three kinds of steamed Dim sum recommended by the Hong Kong Dim sum chef, today's healthy soup, persimmon and Jinhua pork char siu pie, Hong Kong-style rice dumplings, and almond jelly, but Dim sum and rice dumplings were especially impressive. The rice dumplings were quite filling, but the refreshing taste of the next dish, the almond jelly, which has a strong flavor, left me satisfied and ready to go home. Thank you for the meal.
