We are particular about purchasing and stock only the highest quality carefully selected materials. Among them, we recommend the rare cut "Chateaubriand". By purchasing whole cows at all brand stores, we have been able to maintain quality and ensure stable supply. At Teppanyaki MADOy, we offer a variety of cuts to suit our customers' tastes, including the highest grade A5 grade Japanese black beef lean meat, as well as sirloin and fillet. Please enjoy the exquisite taste of Japan's proud Kuroge Wagyu beef.
