この時期になると食べたくなる火鍋。前から気になっていた、「火鍋三田」に行ってきました。
駅からちょっと歩いたところにある、大人の雰囲気漂うこちらのお店。席はプライベート感があり、会食にも利用できます。
テーブルにはコンロがセッティング。ワクワクしますね！
コースの最初は、季節の前菜5種。鶏肉やピータンなど王道中華の前菜がラインナップ。
前菜を楽しんでいると、2種類のコントラストが美しいスープが登場。
そして、具材も続々と運ばれてきます！豚レバーやガツなどのホルモンに、
海老やイカ、ホタテなどの魚介もたっぷり！
食材を煮立ったスープの中に入れていきます。
さらにたっぷりのお肉！鶏ももに豚バラ、牛ももなど全5種類のお肉が楽しめます。
美しく盛り付けられたお肉はキラキラと輝いています…！
野菜もたっぷり！きのこや白菜、ピーマンに豆腐など、その他にも珍しい野菜が盛りだくさんで嬉しい。
〆までたっぷり味わった最後は、濃厚ながらも後味さっぱりの杏仁豆腐。
伝統の火鍋を楽しんで、大満足。また来ます、ごちそうさまでした！
