Food [A must-eat dish] Shiogama-yaki lamb saddle meat
This is a specialty product that takes full advantage of the characteristics of salt. This luxurious dish is made by combining the high-quality ``saddle meat'', which is the lower part of the lamb, with sea salt from Shizuoka, which is rich in minerals, rosemary, thyme, and spirulina, then wrapping it in salt and grilling it. Due to the osmotic pressure of the salt, not a single drop of meat juice comes out, and the flavor is condensed inside the meat, and the moisture from the salt makes it moist. Please enjoy the wonders of salt, which brings out and locks in the flavor of ingredients.
