五反田・島津山の『リストランテアンジェロ』シェフとソムリエールの奥様のふたりでひっそり営まれてます。
お料理ひとつひとつに並々ならぬセンスの良さを感じました。特にアートのような前菜は専売特許レベル。同じくご夫婦で切り盛りされる赤坂ライラを彷彿とさせます。
フレンチとの垣根を非常にあいまいに感じさせるセンシュアルイタリアンですが、シェフは意外にもイタリア修行経験なし。パスタは冷麺に野沢菜をトッピングしたかのようで和の要素も感じます。パンも小さめで量感的にもちょうど良い。
綺麗な店内ですが、大阪・日本橋から移転して約10年経つそう。ありきたりなイタリアンに飽きたグルメなリピート客に支持されてるのがわかります。
ただカンテサンス同様写真撮影禁止だったのと、同行者が最後にエスプレッソを頼めなかったのにややご不満だったので4.0

日本ワイン推しなのも印象的。最初はずいぶん控えめな量だなと思いましたが、途中から適宜注ぎ足していただけました。大阪のお話も聞けて楽しかったです。ご馳走様でした♪
