まずは前菜3種からお酒好きには堪らない味付けと組み合わせ！
半熟煮玉子と雲丹を合わせた贅沢な高級感溢れる逸品も最高です。
牛の肉吸い豆腐もお肉たっぷりで、出汁の旨みと合わさってハイクオリティ！
この優しいお出汁のスープに宮城県愛宕の松の日本酒を合わせました。
身体に染みる味に日本酒がぴったりです。
そしてMVPは林SPFを使った自家製の角煮！
箸で切れるほど柔らかく煮込まれており、豚の旨みとタレの甘みが染み込んでおり、最強の味付けでした！
〆はチーズリゾット！卵黄を割っていただきます！
濃厚なクリームソースとチーズ、ベーコンの塩味が加わっており、〆にもってこいの逸品。
