とある平日の夜、この近辺で一人ディナーを取る事になりました。
前日に食べログからの予約での訪問です。
仕事上の飲み会から逃げて来ましたので、こんなところで一人でディナーを食べている事を知られたら大変ですｗ
さて、こちらのお店はイタリア料理に南米料理をミックスさせたという斬新すぎるコンセプトですからどんなものが出てくるか想像が付きません。
場所は目黒川沿いの素晴らしい立地。
入店すると先客は無しでしたが、時間と共に徐々にお客さんが入ってきました。

水ナスのカプレーゼはダイスカットした水ナスとモッツァレラチーズにトマトをかけたもの。さっぱりとして美味しいです。ゼッポリーネとは初めて食べたかもしれません。香草入りニョッキを揚げた様な感じですが、主張が強くはないのでウニが生きる一皿です。グリッシーニ・カプレーゼ・ゼッポリーネと３品とも、今のところイタリア料理ですね。焼烏賊は石焼で登場。旨みがあって美味しいですが、見た目通りの味です。生烏賊にはカラスミがまぶしてあり、これもなかなか相性が良いですね。シャモロックと大麦は旨みは強いサラッとしたソース。AMAZING CORNはかなり甘味の強いコーンが印象的。浅利とシークワーサーはシークワーサーの香りがとても爽やかで相性良いです。アニョロッティは非常に柔らかく薄いパスタ生地に滑らかなソースで上品ですね～。スペシャリテと言うだけあって、本日最も美味しい一品でした。鴨肉は鍋で焼き蒸しにして、非常に良い薫香が部屋中に充満します。鴨肉の火入れ具合も良いです。デザートのティラミスは美味しいですが、ドライアイスでちょっと古めの演出ですかねｗ
全体的に無難に美味しいという印象。もっと南米が主張している料理を期待しておりました。
