2021, 2023百名店みたいなので行ってみることに。ミネラルウォーターもいただいて、しめて￥10,520。コース内容はinizio（アレナペぺロナータとヨーグルト、アロスコロンポヨのアランチーニ、桜肉とヤシの新芽のタルタル）、antipasto（ホワイトアスパラガスと真鯛のセビーチェ）、primipiatti（キターラ蛤とグアサカカ、スペシャリテアニョロッティダルブリン）、secondopiatto（チミチュリでマリネした松野さんの鹿サーロインバナナの葉の香り）、dolce（チョコレートのテリーヌ、パッションフルーツとチェリモアのブリュレ）といった流れです。
感想ですが、味付けは別として鹿肉はほんと柔らかくて良かったのと、デザートは美味しかったです。他はあまりピンとくる品はなく（キラータはあさりの香りがいまいちで嫌いなニンニクが強く、スペシャリテは塩っ辛さが強いかと）、舌が嬉しくはならずコース時間がちょっと長く感じてしまった自分ではあります（全くの嗜好により）。
お店は最寄り駅から数分位のビル2階にありました。店内はテーブル4つと他に個室もあるのかしら? 接客は硬い? 印象ではありましたが、凄く広めな4人掛けテーブルに案内いただき贅沢をさせていただきました。お品書きがちゃんと用意されていたのが良かったですし。
完全禁煙。
事後調べでは2005年（平成17年）12月オープンみたい。郷土料理をベースに日本の豊かな食材を組み合わせ、イタリア料理の知識と技術、そこに南米ベネズエラで生まれたシェフの感性を加え構築したイタリア料理、だとのことです。当時食べログ 3.68。間違いがありましたらご容赦下さい。
