Remarks

The owner, a woman with a vegetable sommelier qualification, opened Hanamame after learning food know-how at the vocational school L'Ecole Bantin. A restaurant that serves farm-style hospitality cuisine (obanzai) using vegetables delivered directly from the farmers. When cooking, I try to avoid using chemical seasonings as much as possible.
