ひと月遅れの誕生日を家族がお祝いしてくれました。
お店は、目黒川沿いのこじんまりとしたモダンなフレンチのお店。
初めにスパークリングワインで乾杯をして、まずはアミューズに鱒のペーストにメロンとクリームチーズのカプレーゼが提供されて、この鱒のペーストがフォカッチャと一緒に食べると本当に美味しい❣️そして次に前菜のお花畑のようなサラダが出て来て、キューブ状のは、ウサギを使ったリエット。以前違うお店でうさぎのパテ食べた事あるが臭くていい思い出がなかった。だけどここのリエットは全く臭みがなくて、ツナや鳥のささみのような味でとうもろこしのソースにつけて食べてもそそみでも美味しい♪魚料理からは、白身の魚にソースがなんとホヤを使ったソースで言われてみたらそうなのか！ってくらいホヤの味わかりません。ホヤ苦手な人でも食べられます。そしてお肉料理は、美桜鷄のローストにモロヘイヤの素揚げ、北海道日高産のアスパラガス、ビーツとヒジキの付け合せと全てが完璧で大満足。デザートにはすもものコンポートに生姜のソルベ。生姜のソルベに紫蘇ジュースで作ったソースがまた美味しい❣️
ランチでこれだけ豪華なので、夜はもっと美味しいんしょうね♪
