中目黒にある『Restaurant Re:』さんを訪問しました。
お店は目黒川沿いに面しており桜のシーズンには予約困難店になると思われます(^_−)−☆
因みに店前の桜は『ソメイヨシノ』ではなく『八重桜』だそうで4月中旬くらいから楽しめるそうです♬
※あ〜お店の外観撮るの忘れてしまいました…σ^_^;
さて今回はクライアントと和の融合モダンフレンチを食べに伺いました。カウンター席を予約しましたがちょうどテーブル席が空いたそうで案内くださいました。
※今回は落ち着けるテーブル席にてお願いしました。

いくら、トンブリ、マスタードの粒々ソース美味
少しだけお塩を効かせているマグロ旨し(≧∀≦)
◆メダイのポワレ、雲丹と大葉のソース、イカ墨チップ
お魚の火入れが絶妙、雲丹ソースと絡めて◎
◆豚フィレのロースト、素揚げ菜の花、唐辛子ソース
カレーのスパイシーを感じる唐辛子ソースでした
低温調理された豚フィレ柔らかくて美味しい〜
◆酒粕とバニラのアイスクリーム、牛皮とチョコレート
見た目鮮やか(*ﾟ▽ﾟ*)飴細工も素敵♡クランブルと
アイスを絡めてサクサクっと美味しいですね♬
全体的に落ち着いた和食器をご使用されていて、お料理が一層映えるように感じました。
テーブルで育てられているえぞ松も可愛らしい♡
そして生産者との大切な繋がりと食材へのリスペクト。
店員さんも細かく丁寧にメニューについてご説明くださいました。
