中目黒駅から5分ほど歩いた川沿いにあるフレンチレストランです。時期によっては桜が綺麗みたいですね。
さてさて名古屋から後輩が遊びに来るので、せっかくなら良いものを食べようと色々とお店を調査。
安すぎず高すぎず(支払いは私なので)、男2人でも大丈夫そうなセンスの良い店だとここかなと思い決定。
フレンチを基本線に和のテイストを盛り込むお店です。
結構しっかり和風の要素があり、和食をフレンチ風に再構築したものと言った方がいいかもしれません。
いかにもなフレンチを想像しているとイメージと異なるかも
予約サイトで食前酒付きで1万円のコースに泡のボトルを追加。ソムリエさんが居るのでペアリングと迷いましたが泡の気分でした。次はペアリングにしよっと。
アミューズ、前菜3品、魚料理（写真撮り忘れ）、肉料理、デザートのコース。
1番印象に残ったのは、写真3枚目のカカオ風味のちんすこうとフォアグラのフラン。フォアグラを甘く料理するのはあまり好みじゃないんですが、これは美味しかったですね。ちんすこうのホロホロサクサクの食感とカカオのほろ苦さ、ベリー系の酸味、フォアグラのコクが一体になっててとても良かった。
稚鮎のフリット(写真5枚目)の時に、詳しく言えないんですがソムリエさんとシェフにとっても素晴らしい対応をして頂きました。いやぁほんとにいいお店だなぁ。
味は川魚らしい爽やかな苦味が心地よかったです。
しっかり食べて、シャンパン1本空けて1人2万円を切りました。ペアリングにすれば1万5千円くらいに収まるでしょうし、グラスワイン数杯に留めればもう少し安くなると思います。いやぁお得だなぁ。
料理もサービスも素晴らしいのにあまり肩肘張らずに過ごせるのが良いと思います。
和の要素がしっかりとあることからもフレンチ初心者でも食べやすい料理です。なおかつしっかりと美味しい。
お祝い等には最適なお店だと思います。
